her sister , Poppy, has what we think is aspergillosis and is getting half hour nebulizer treatments 3x a day. i wonder if the whisper quacking could be a sign of Willow needing treatment too?
Thanks for that info. it's been tough this all started dec 7 and still goin on I been getting up middle of night to do nebullizer treatments struggling to stay awakeChanges in voice is often a sign of respiratory illness. I've seen vets before who have asked me if this is my duck's normal voice because of this.
It really depends on the illness and individual tho - I know I've had ducks with a respiratory illness who didn't have a change in their voice, but I have seen it before.
