I am wondering why my hen hasn't been laying eggs. it is cold over here but even before she hasn't she does a rooster in there with her and still nothing so I started to give her laying feed the crumble kind and she eats it like crazy but I still don't see nothing in there coop. so how long does the laying feed take affect? and do they lay eggs in the winter? she was in a smaller cage so I recently put them both in a bigger coop and I am wondering maybe that why? can someone help me with this please maybe I am doing something wrong. its my first time raising hens and roosters.
