I use a red light and lamp setup that is used mostly with reptiles. It has worked wonderfully with my three ladies and they are all so bonded, they tend to follow each other around and do the same thing all the time. They don't like being apart. No pecking problems (knock wood) and no other issues. I think I spent about $45 for the setup because I had nothing to start with. It was the most expensive part of the whole operation!
