Okay if i walk up on my chicken it will "CROUCH" down and Spread out it's wings..... Why would they do this?????????????

It's called "the squat". If they haven't started laying yet, then they probably will soon. I love it when they do that. I don't know about everyone else, but my girls wouldn't let me touch them, and then they started to squat and always loved me to pet them. Then about a week later started to lay.

Your hens are squating. If they are not already laying eggs, then they are about to start. They also squat for the rooster so he can mount them for mating. Maybe they think you are their rooster.
