    Hi slappy,

    do you mean that people fail to feed and water their chickens, and then try to sell them?

    Chickens need water badly to be healthy---especially where it is hot. Hope I misunderstood your question, because it would be a low thing to do to try to sell a sick or starving chicken.

    My guess for something like that would be that they didn't know how much food/water was needed and ran out, then tried to sell in a panic. Just don't know.
