chickens got hardly any feathers on its back where they have been picked or fell out us all whit fluff and getting worse

Do you have a rooster with your hens? Its either that or perhaps her friends are picking them off.

Yeah but it was like this when I got her but it's just getting worse

Have you checked for lice or mites?

There are some good pictures on here that will show you what that looks like close up.

I use the pigeon Ivermectin you can get on Amazon.co.uk (2-3 drops) a week apart and the Permethrin dust (also on Amazon.co.uk). It works really well.

If you see the white clusters on the feathers or the small bugs you need to clean out the coop and dust with the Permethrin in every nook and cranny too.

looks like over breeding to me try separating her from the rest of the flock for a week or so with plenty of water to drink and see if the condition improves

If you have a rooster with her and don't want to remove the hen or rooster, try a hen apron. They work great.
