This is the West Central Pigeon and Poultry Club show on Oct 4, 2008. If you want to come let me know and I can get a catalog sent to you. Between 1000-2000 birds attending

Menomonie, WI I think about 90 miles south east of the Twin Cities, about 45 miles north of Eau Claire. Somewhere in that area.

Very much a newbie here, so will there be opportunities to buy chickens at a show like this?

It sounds like something I'd love to go to just to look and learn, but if I can find some to bring home as well--even better!

yes there are chances to buy some niice chickens here and at other shows

Cool. There is someone down your way who will be coming. He has lots of Wyandottes, sumatras and other birds

I would be interested in coming also - but not sure what the hubby would say. He thinks I'm crazy as it is... I wonder how far a drive that is?
