wierd ears on my GL Wyandotte pullet?

So my friend just gave me this lovely Gold Laced Wyandotte pullet that we are guessing is between 20-24 weeks and close to POL.
But she has these crazy ears... any thoughts or concerns?

 
She has big ear lobes? I don't see any issues.
