Wild Duck Aviary Building **New Pics**

There is a woods right behind this (you can see it in the picture) we'll just run the hose to there and it will drain down into the creek.

In your last photo I can see a creek in the back. Years ago I visited a friends aviary, he had water pumping 24/7 from his creek to a series of streams he made up in his aviary, it would then drain back down to the creek. He had a constant flow of fresh water.

Very nice set up. Very natural. The ducks ought to be happy. I wish that I could have an aviary like the one you are building.
 
Okay here are the new pictures. The sight barrier was added, the chicken wire was added on both of the ends, and the rocks were all finished around the pond. The door was also installed (it has self closing hinges). All that is left is to run the electric wires around the bottom, put the netting on, and release the wild ducks in there! Enjoy!

Ducklings from Redhen (they have really grown) and you cant see it here but the black one has a crest! I was so excited when i saw it one day...its little, but it's there...

What kind of netting did you use i'm currently working on an aviary for my teals wood ducks and red heads and black east indies.
