Jay looked at his mother. He saw that she wasnt breathing. He cautiously stepped toward her, unwilling to accept her death.
Hans saw and stared. He got up and looked at Jay. "I'm sorry, Jay." He said sadly.

jay took one last glance and walked calmly away, his head hanging low.
Jay turned around and stared at the cougar. He thought about fighting, not letting his mother be eaten, but thought better of it. He ran back to Hans to try and help him.Hans sighed sadly, he then heard a growling of a cougar and Hans stared right into its eyes, "Run!!!" Hans shouted as loudly as possible. The cougar must've known there was something dead. Eliza bolted up in fear.

Storm nodded in agreement. "Ill lead the herd. When I came here I passed an excellent place, talk grass, very close to a watering hole.The cougar took Cinder and walked away. "We can't stay there, they'll think it's a good feeding spot. We MUST find a new home." Hans said once the cougar left.
