Myrtle gave Snowbird a parting kick and plunged into a nearby river, seeking some peace.

Snowbird whinnied and galloped after her. "YOU'RE NOT GOING TO GET AWAY WITH IT THIS TIME!!!!!" she went into the river and bit her rump.

Myrtle was already on the opposite bank. Ignoring Snowbird, she dipped her head down to graze.
