He whispered in her ear. "She's moody becuase she is with foal. She's also fiesry like I said. She would snap AT a snapping turtle if it crossed her path. She even snaps at ME!"
 
Zephyr felt torn as she watched the two. One part ofher was happy and proud of herself for protecting her herd. The other part of her felt guilty and sad. Despite all this Zephyr had only driven the mares off because she wanted to be lead mare and didnt want any other to chalang her.
