My kitty scared him into the brush pile, and I could get really close to him. Then he decided to start talking, and I took about a million photos of him, hoping that he'd have his beak open in one of them. He's just so darn cute!Ugh, the quail!!

Our postal service is striking and my parcel may have been lost.. the dude paid £25 for it to be delivered by 1pm today and they may have lost it?!

The bigma arrived on Saturday, unfortunately we are forecast three weeks of rain.. at 10:30am yesterday the sun came out, we ran to the local pond and managed to get about 1hr30 worth of photos. Many are far from perfect but for such a small amount of time I kept 20% of my photos compared to the 3-5% I usually keep. Here are a few, many left to edit!
