*Yesterday morning when I went out to try for some pictures, the lens fogged up. Is that okay? How do I prevent it?

*How do you transfer photos to a phone? I got two different apps yesterday, but haven't been able to connect the camera to it!

Im not sure what others do, but I use a towel to prevent fog.
I wrap my camera bag up in a towel and let it sit outside(unheated entryway) for 20-30mins before heading out. I keep the towel outside and use it to wrap around my camera bag when I come back inside.
I read that on a photography group and did that all winter last year. It didn’t not work. Lol since I can’t “see” the glass I can only hope that the trapped air in the towel is letting the glass cool and warm slower to prevent the fog/moisture.

Okay, I'll try that! Thanks!

It's normal for the lens to fog. I would set the camera outside for 10 minutes before planning on using it.

This happens to me a lot because I keep my camera in my truck and when I run the A/C then get out of the truck it fogs up. So when I get close to where I'm going I will turn the A/C off and roll down the windows. This let's the camera get acclimated to the hot climate and it won't fog up.

If your camera has WiFi you should be able to transfer pics to your phone with an app. I prefer to transfer all mine to my computer then I will transfer from the computer to my phone with a usb cord.
