I put lightroom on my phone and was able to pull down the highlights quite a bit so the head isn't quite as blown out. Looks a little better but should've got it right in the first place.....

I'm not a fan of heavy edits and I usually just dodge and burn a little but when I first saw the pic of him flying straight away chasing the coot I couldn't help but think how dramatic that would look with clarity 100 lol.....

So.........................................

That's beautiful!!!

I always like using the clarity. I think it brings out the details better making it clearer. :)

Bolivia 2020 late February. By far most of these I don't know by name. If any of you do, feel free to post it. It was very difficult to capture the real iridescence of this moth. The size is approximately 3/4" in length. The picture was taken at night on a concrete wall with flash.

Beautiful. I'm surprised the eagle didn't catch a coot. Maybe it really had a hankering for fish!

I haven’t posted on here in a while… here’s some of my recent bird pictures. They’re really nothing special but I like them just the same :)

I have more pictures I’d like to share, but I have to download them off of my computer so I’ll post them later.
