This picture isn’t very clear because it’s from our trail camera, but too sweet not to share. A fawn drinking milk from mama.

That’s so cute! Hard to tell, but it almost looks like there are twins.

She does have twins, but only one was drinking milk.
I screen shot this to show a closer look at them.
The other fawn was farther away. We’ve never got a pic of a fawn nursing until now.

We have "writing spiders" all over the yard, good. Tbey're catching flies and biting insects.

I just feel sad when they catch something pretty, like a butterfly.

Or a dragonfly.
