Wilkie with Wry neck???

Okay so I have an adorable little wilkie her name is Ross and I believe she has come down with water on the brain or wry neck I noticed it 4 days ago and I have been dropping her electrolytes and vitamins with Sav-A-Chick. It has not stopped and I have been doing it for 4 days. She does well outside but when inside I have tried to seperate her and she refused to eat unless with her other chicks. Does anyone have any experience with this disease any tips? Also she has developed some poop on her feathers can I get that off or should I just leave it? Thank you in advance!

What do you feed your flock?
Medicated feed by chance?

She MAY be showing signs of Coccidiosis.
Is she acting sluggish?
