Will a broody........??????

Will a broody continue to sit on non viable eggs??? I have a first time broody sitting on eggs I think the eggs left aren't viable but she is still sitting on them. Will they stop sitting if they aren't viable?

My first time broody is now sitting on 4 plastic eggs! I put some sand in plastic easter eggs and glued them shut. She's keeping them warm until 3 weeks is up, then I'll get her a few chicks. I tried breaking her by dunking, but after 4 tries, it still didn't work. She's INTENT!! Sounds like your is too
