Will a dog attack twice?

Yesterday our neighbor's husky attacked and killed a member of our flock. So now I am worried he will attack again.
Is there a chance he will? Will a dog attack twice?

Yes they will attack until every last one is dead or until they realize that their attempts are a waste of time.
