Lay eggs with only a red light on 14 hours a day? Or do I need some white light in there some too?

They dont see daylight except for cracks in the shed as the shed is the only place I have to keep them and havent put a window in it yet...

I have had hens start laying when I used infra-red lamps in the middle of winter. But they don't lay on a regular basis. I believe they need lighting that is closest to natural light. White light that has certain wave lengths in it.

Makes since.... Im doing a red light for now to try to calm them and ease any stress. See how it works. Lol
