will dusts be effective on lice eggs?

YES my chickens had lice and I powdered them recently and now see eggs(gag-I would rather handle dog poop!!!!)SO should I WAIT until eggs hatch(grrrrr!) and repowder or can I powder them NOW while still eggs and have it work? And I DO clean their shed and powder IT. Thanks for info!
 
You should redust in 10days to get any hatching ones but the dust will not remove the egg casings. There are different products that some have used on here if you do a search. I personally used coconut oil..unrefined and it comes solid so it has to be warmed slightly. It took a day or so but then they were gone.

I am having extreme trouble w/computer and barely get on here. Only saw eggs this am(am sure the crawling parents were SOMEWHERE-OOOOO) so will dust tomorrow and again in 10 days and hope to find more info in puter co-operates-thanks!!!.
