About a week ago two huskeys escaped their yard and wreaked havoc on my chickens. They damaged my coop, killed three of my hens and my rooster. This one managed to survive and I am curious if her feathers will ever grow back.

How deep was the wound? If it involved a flap of skin being torn off that contained the feather follicles, no, the feathers will not grow back. Ever,

If, on the other hand, there was no injury other than feathers being yanked out, they will grow back shortly.

If the feathers were broken off instead of being yanked out, then the hen will have to wait until she molts for the damaged feathers to fall out and new ones grow in.

I can't tell from your photo (blurry) what her neck looks like other than missing feathers. Next time, it would help to select a more focused photo so we can see more detail.

These are better pictures. My daughter helped me take them

What have you done so far to treat this wound? It looks like there's pus erupting from it. Did you notice any puncture wounds? That would require an oral antibiotic. A wound this size needs to be cleaned and dressed with wound ointment every day and not allowed to dry out.

Also is that hen your only chicken left? If so she needs some more flock mates to keep her company.
I have two other hens left and I have chicks that just hatched from eggs I had in the incubator. So she will be getting

I have an antibacterial spray that I have been using everyday. I did not notice anything oozing out. The skin is just dry. She is eating and drinking well. I had her isolated for about a week but she is now in the other coop with the two hens who were not attacked. They are not pecking at her or bothering her in anyway.
