I would put triple antibiotic ointment on it or you can still use your spray, just apply something that a bit moisturizing to the skin to help keep it from cracking. Hen Healer would be good to use over your antibacterial spray once it's dried. It is bright blue so watch that the other's don't pick at her because of it. A+D ointment is also a good choice.I have an antibacterial spray that I have been using everyday. I did not notice anything oozing out. The skin is just dry. She is eating and drinking well. I had her isolated for about a week but she is now in the other coop with the two hens who were not attacked. They are not pecking at her or bothering her in anyway.
