Will He Be Ready By Thanksgiving

I would like some help if i get a bb turkey now will it be ready by nov. please let me know if i should get one or not thanks

from what I have read.. a BB should be.. I've never had them so I can't say for sure 100%.. the bird may just be on the small side at slaughter .. so I suppose it depends on how big of a bird you were planning on having.

Broad Breasted turkeys usally take 6 months to become full grown, unless you have an already half-grown turkey
because one year I was gone for a 1 month and he shot up nearly full grown, so it depends how old it is.

4 to 5 months if you feed them high protein feed for a BB and 8-10 months for a heritage breed givine the same circumstances.

16 weeks minimum, 18-20 gives a better fat content, or so the literature says. I am new to turkeys, too...
