I bought five chicks from tractor supply and four of them ended up to be roosters and I put them in with my coochin rooster and they didn’t crow because he was dominant so I just gave one his own pen with his own hens will he start crowing now

Yes, it might take him a minute to become comfortable - but, yeah he definitely will.
