I am constructing a water system like this and want to know if there will ever be a need to have some sort of valve on the end to open to allow water to flow through. Do these stay pretty clean inside? Have aquariums and hoses get gunky and need periodic cleaning.. so before the glue goes on want to know if I need to have some sort of ability to drain. I will have a water feed be a cat litter bucket as they have done as well.

Here is what I would do.... If the water has a difficult time coming out of the nozzles and chickens struggle to get a drink. Unscrew all nozzles and flush out system with a garden hose pressure. It will be good again for some time.. Remember that nothing is forever except THE EARTH AND SKY. and that is questionable.

I forgot the nipples were just screwed into those "T"s and could be removed.. thanks. That should be all the flushing I would need and the nipples could be cleaned and/or replaced as needed.
