Well, you can use things like vetrycin, blue kote, and even a sprinkle of salt will help to disinfect until you can get an actual disinfectant. If it's still bleeding, quick clot powder will help with that.

I'd not do that.
Saline is pretty easy to make.
2 cups of water, boiled and covered for 15 minutes.
Dissolve 1 teaspoon of salt and let cool to room temp.

This is how he currently looks like but im not sure how to clean the wound because im scared that i am going to harm it. All i did so far was add more Neosprin to his whole affected area since i cant really see the wound and i dont want to hurt him more. So im leaving it like that because i also dont know what to clean him up with

Repeated wipes with warm damp cloth would have been good,
but might not work now that it's got ointment on it.

Sorry! I ran out or baby chicks food so i had no option. I dont thing they eat it tho! I saw them eating the blended up chicken feed that i gave then
