Will it have feathered feet?

If the mummy hen is a pekin and the daddy is a smooth feathered pretty rooster?? Should the chicks feet be feathered every time?
Same with is mummy hen is a silkie and daddy rooster is a frizzle ?? Will all the chicks have feathered feet?

Any idea what breed either of these roosters are?

As I understand it, feathered shanks are dominant, so that would be passed on to the chicks. On silkies, the black skin and 5 toes are dominant.

Three different genes for feathered feet; two are dominat; one recessive. None are sex-linked, which means that it doesn't matter which parent they inherit from.

I think the boys are mixes.
