will laying hens encourage those almost of age to start laying

I have 2 girls that were born the first of June and I'm so ready for them to start laying, I know it's a little early. Will the older laying hens I'm adopting from my cousin encourage them to lay at all?

They will start laying when they are ready. Nothing you do will make them produce before their time.
