Will my Khaki Campbells Fly away?

My Khaki's new favorite game is fly out of the duck house every night when I put them in. I have to pick them up and place them in the roof door that lifts up. (Duck house designer did a wonderful job, but did not allow duck care person input on what would make life easier in caring for ducks). I need to move fast, because unless they have company, they decide they don't want to be in the house. Mocha "escapes' at least once a night. It was funny at first. After a week of this, it's getting kind of old, but I should get a pic.

Mine have finally figured out how to use their ramps and put themselves away at night... They don't like to be out when it's dark

They don't seem like they can fly, only skim across my yard when going from a waddle to run. But should I clip their wings? Or has flyign been bred out of them? They came from TSC.
I got 2 Khakis from TSC. I just got home... been driving around trying to find them. They have a run without a roof, we put them in it early this morning before we let the Pekins out. Looked out and saw them fly over the fence and fly into the woods at about 30 to 40 feet altitude. I kept thinking they would come back but they didn't do I went looking. After I got inside I looked out the window and they had come home. Pecking around, wanting to be back with their "friends". I feel like I am going duck crazy. I can hardly get anything done because of them.
