I have a dominate Black Australop hen that I am sure does not lay eggs. She has a large , limp comb and wattle, but not as large as a rooster. These hens were raised with roosters, but for the last 6 months I have had just 7 hens. This hen will mount the other hens and the back of 5 hens are missing feathers. The hens are 15 months old, so I am expecting them to molt this fall.

My question is after these hens molt, is it likely this dominate hen will lay?

Do you have pics of her. She should start to lay again after molting, they all do.

Some Australorp hens have larger than normal combs/wattles.

Are you sure she is a hen? I haven't heard of hens mounting other hens. Especially so much that they are missing feathers on their back. Hens do stop laying while they moult. They need all the energy to make new feathers rather than eggs. They do resume laying after the moult though.
