I have one rooster for my nine hens and when one of my two cochins decides to go broody I plan to let them hatch some babys I will keep any pullets. So my question is will my roo breed with his offspring? If so is this a bad thing? Should I not keep any offspring?

Yes he will mate with his offspring. It's not such a bad thing with chickens....Things will be fine.
