I have one rooster for my nine hens and when one of my two cochins decides to go broody I plan to let them hatch some babys I will keep any pullets. So my question is will my roo breed with his offspring? If so is this a bad thing? Should I not keep any offspring?

Yes, they have no concept of "That's my kid." Their thoughts are, "Oh look at that beautiful girl." It will not result in monster or demented children.
