my production reds and red sex links are 19 weeks- first one started laying this past Saturday. Not sure which gal it is- several have red faces, larger wattles, and combs. And in the same flock, some still have pale faces and small wattles and combs. It's also genetics- some start very early, some very late. Yours should start soon.
