Will she start laying soon?

My 16 week old white leghorn has developed a bright red comb and waddles very quickly. She isn't doing the squat like I've been told to watch for, but maybe I just haven't noticed...anyway, she is from our first batch of chicks. We have one other so far that is laying but we got her that way this could be our first newbie to egg laying (like me)! Do you think it'll be soon?

I had a pullet lay her first egg at 16 weeks, but 18-20 weeks is more the norm.

So she, and two others, started laying about 3 days after I posted this! How exciting
