will these nest boxes work ok ( PIC's )

So I recently finished these nest boxes and got them all layed out, is there anything that you can see that i may be able to improve on. Will these work OK.

What are the dimensions for your nests? Those look EXACTLY like what I need to build! I've got 11 hens now, with plans for another dozen come spring.

One 12 hole 3 row as shown only takes 2= 4x8 sheets of plywood and 4=2x2's so they were very cheap to build, and only took 3 hrs to build, The birds seem to really use them well and I have all heavy breeds. Knowing the dimensions, and how much plywood you used, I THINK I can sketch out a cutting diagram for hubby. I'll give it a try anyway.

Once I have the original sketched out, then I can adapt it for 15" square nestboxes.
