Will this building work?

not sure what the going rate is,where you are but we had a 10x15 moved 45miles and only cost us 170 dollars. we used a place that sold those types of sheds(we did get a discount because it was the same company that sold it to my grandfather 30 years ago, i think it would have been like 250 otherwise)

you have there a jewel of a coop
and your chx will be living in style. do what ever it takes to get
to where u live. its only 15 miles you say I would check
a few places, Shed builders may be the best bet
since they build and deliver . and have service
people that have the know how.

If you can move it, it looks like a perfect coop. Screen the eaves, cut a hole for a surplus window or two, add insulation and interior paneling if you need and you're hens will be quite happy.

I think it would cost more to buy a new one and have it delivered than to move than one. I hope you get it moved. It looks like a great chicken house.

That is 80 sf... so more than 10 sf per bird....that is very good....that is confinement 24/7 space.....Get it...get more chooks!

I would do it in a New York minute IF I could find a mover.

Can a tow-truck get in there? Ground is frozen right now so it may be a case of either winter or summer to move it. Can you rent a 16 ft float and get one end up to where it could be winched onto the float? What is the floor and is it sound? Would have to reinforce the thing at all attachment points to keep winching from buckling and damaging it.

I ended up with $1400 invested in my 8 X 16 coop if that is a guideline. I thought about moving a bldg if I could find one, but it would have been really hard with my terrain and site. All in all a few hundred dollars would be money well spent IMO if you want a sizeable flock or extra storage besides the coop aspect of it.

Do it! 80 dry sq.ft. is a great asset, no matter how you look at it. It would cost you much more to build from scratch. I think everyone that said this is correct: find a company that builds and delivers small buildings like this, and they'll have the equipment and experience to be able to do it. Just make sure that you have cleaned all the snow away before they get there and that they have clear access with their truck, or they'll be a little aggravated and maybe not so careful with your building.
