Will this chicken be able to lay eggs safely?

This is eaglett, she is about layin g age but hasn't layer yet. She got a bad injury at the base of her tail when she was younger and the bone has fused in a downward position. It physically cannot be lifted without injuring her. It just stays down. I wanna know if this will effect her egg laying??

Pretty girl! It probably depends on the severity of the injury. I would try to feel her pelvic bones, and see if it feels like there is enough space to release an egg.
