I have a girl who has been slowly sickening over the last two weeks and is now quite bad.
Lethargic, split leg paralysis, using her wings for stability, bluish black comb that changes across the day, yellowish/green water poop, loss of appetite even for anchovies, swollen and red belly.

I have been treating her for both vent gleet and coccidiosis as I wasn't sure and didn't want to wait any longer. I have been giving her vitamin d supplement liquid version orally, using Canesten for her vent, washing her regularly and refreshing water and food. She has also had probiotics. She is wasting away and unless I force feed and water on her.

Am I missing something? Should I do something else or is it time to consider culling her humanely? I had two other chickens die fairly suddenly in the week or so that she was starting to become unwell but I didn't do any internal checks.

I'm very sorry for your loss. It's likely that she was beyond help, it sounds like whatever it was, was pretty advanced. If you want to know for sure, which is often a very good idea if you suspect it might be viral, then a necropsy is your best way to find out. Link below to necropsy resources by state, the state labs are often more reasonable that a vet, and many states are very inexpensive. You can call your nearest and get particulars. Refrigerate the body, don't freeze it.
