Will Tylan harm chickens that are not sick?

I have a flock of about 60 hens and 5 roos, over half are "sick" and it's spreading fast. Will it hurt the few that are not sick yet if I treat them too? I don't have much of a way of sperating them.

It sounds like Infectious Bronchitis (IB) if it's spreading through your flock quickly. Here's a link for you to read about different types of respiratory diseases. Take a look at and read about Infectious Bronchitis (IB), Mycoplasma Gallisepticum (MG) and Infectious Coryza and try to match symptoms with your birds. A helpful hint about Infectious Coryza is that it causes a foul odor around the head area of a sick bird. Birds with IB can produce wrinkled eggs.
