I know it's natural to get eggs with little blood spots and protein spots, but do you still eat them??? I always heard they were BAD to eat, but that was 20 years ago when my mom bought eggs from the store! So NOW I have my own chickens, they are healthy and I understand HOW their process of laying works. SOOOO Is it ok to eat the eggs that little blood spots in them? (I just ate 1 with them, but didn't feel grossed out by it, I was hungry and only had 2 chickens lay this morning...) LOL
