Okay, technically it's not a rule.... It's just common decency!

Forgive me, I lost my manners in my rush to the pantry.

Chocolate Coconut Macaroons


Preheat oven to 350

3 Cups shredded coconut (8 oz pkg.)
1 tsp. vanilla or almond extract (I like the almond)
1/8 tsp. salt

*mix above together*


Heat
2/3 Cup sweetened condensed milk

Add 2 tablespoons cocoa or 3/4 oz grated chocolate to the heated milk (I use 2 1/2 TBS)

Cool milk mixture and add to coconut to make a thick paste.

Fold in 1-2 stiffly beaten egg whites


Roll the paste into balls or drop it from a teaspoon onto a well-greased cookie sheet, about 2 inches apart. Bake 8-10 minutes, until edges are lightly browned. They may be rolled in sifted confectioners sugar. Add some cocoa to that too--chocolate is GOOD!

Now I know what your thinking a toy chicken with a detachable head how can I use that???? Well I’ll tell you how. Say your friend is being a jerk you can throw it at him and trust me its fun. Or maybe you want to scare your kids just garb the toy with the head on and show it to them then pull it off and say you’ll do the same to them if those grades don’t get better. So do your self a favor and buy this thing!!!!
