Hello Dale,. So glad you could join us. As some others have posted you may want to consider covering your run, my father in law did his earlier this spring(after losing a hen to hawk). You can buy UV resistant netting on Amazon for really cheap(I think he gave around 15-20 bucks for 50' x 50'). Another thing is as they get a lil older they typically put on a little weight and aren't so flighty, I got some young chooks a month or so ago(Americaunas) and man they can fly all the darn way across my yard. Anyhoo hope you work out a suitable solution and again welcome.
