wing issue in month old chick

this is my first year with chickens and there is a bit of a learning curve. I orderd some chicks they all arrived healthy and happy. after about 2 weeks i noticed that 1 of the females was larger and more aggressive than the others. as everyone got wing feathers i noticed she was different. she only has primary feathers on the hand part of her wind not on the upper and lower arm. I am just curious if she will grow out of this, any ideas?
