Wing issue with my chick. Possible deformity?

I have 2 lavender and 2 chocolate Orpingtons right now and one of my lavender’s just stands out completely. Its poor wings… i have no idea what is wrong with it. Perfectly healthy and honestly its much bigger than the rest of them.
Has anyone ever experienced a chicken with wing issues before? I was thinking they just were under developed but its also not really feathered like the rest… possible roo???
What do you guys think?

What's their diet?
At first I thought it could be a frizzle, but I'm not so sure.

Did you ever figure out what was wrong? I have a Plymouth Rock chick that has the exact same issue. Were you able to rectify it?
