Today I see this on my chick wing it's just on one wing and the other wing is fine...
What is it ?
Should i take it seriously ?
Or it's nothing to worry about ?

I don't think it's serious but I'm sure someone more knowledgeable will come along in due course. Do your birds have access to a dustbath? They can look after their skin and feathers better if they do.

Yes they have a place to dust bath...

do they use it? It just looks like a bit of dead dry skin to me, which will come off with preening and dustbathing. How old are they?

He's a rooster almost 1 month old..

Chickens are going to get dirty to take a bath! ... A chicken dust bath helps to remove dead skin cells as well as external parasites such as lice and mites. The dirt bath also maintains the water resistance of the chicken's outer feathers. Dust is an important part of keeping chickens healthy and clean.
