wing problem

Just got a Tom for my hens, but he's not using his right wing at all even when stretching his wings he just lifts his left. It might have happened taking him out of crate after transporting him he tried to get away I held him around body and kept him from flapping his wings just wondering if holding his wings down could have hurt him? If so will it heal alright? What could be wrong?

sounds like your tom broke his wing

unless you can find a poultry vet & get them to fix it there's nothing u can do. it will heal but it will never be the same & he will most likely never fly again. poor thing. my turkey broke his wings too it was awful
