keliipaw screeched when she woke up. she was out, away from camp, and away from anywhere familiar. what's worse, Atemchick and Taubechick were nowhere to be seen.

Atem, waking up upon hearing the screech, panicked and shook awake Taube.​

SickleClaws saw the Silkie in the cage from the corner of his eye and then headed over to help her. He wielded a large, heavy stone and bashed it against the lock. The first time led to no avail but a mere dent, so he bashed it again and the second time swung the rusty door open.
