I'm not sure, I don't know an awful lot about breeds. I'll go check out that section, and see if I can find anything that matches my views of her.

She sounds like she's a mixture of a blue bird with like a buff-laced bird or something. Does she have a partial crest? If she does, we could just say she's a Buff-laced Polish crossed with something blue.

I've had a look at some of the breed threads - beautiful birds! - and I love the look of the EEs and Ameraucanas with their little tufty cheeks

Puff awoke, his eyes foggy and his tongue stuck to the roof of his mouth. He yawned and stretched his little wings, letting out a squeak of a crow.

He put his wing to his chin and sighed, "Well, I think I got all of you, oh no, good morning food!"
He waddled quickly down to the food pile, chanting the word food the whole time.

Lyre sat puffed up in a corner of camp, "Rain is coming, me boy, she's on her merry way"

From a distance what looked like a chicken staring intently and unmoving at a small roundish object could be seen clearly silhouetted against the forest backdrop.
