Comet flapped his wings and swiftly darted into the foliage once his reddish orange gaze settled on a small vole with unblinking focus. He stretched his legs in front of him with claws ouspread like a hawk and caught the small rodent in his ivory talons, landing his low flight with a skid and quickly pecking it's throat to quickly and painlessly end it's life. He came back to the group with his catch.
